Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated shipping time is 6–9 days after dispatch. Shipping is free across Australia, and tracking details are emailed once your parcel has been dispatched.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact hello@alennesydney.com before sending anything back so we can explain the process.
